Letter of the Intent to Strengthen
Intercollegiate Cooperation and Exchanges
Ningde Normal University of Fujian Province, P. R. China ( hereinafter referred to as Party A) and Rheinland-Pfalz Vocational College of Germany ( hereinafter referred to as Party B), in line with the principles of friendship, equality, mutual benefit and mutual development, have reached the following cooperative intentions.
I. The two parties establish intercollegiate cooperation relations, and carry out cooperation and exchange in the fields of tourism management, information technology, social vocational education, and enterprise management so as to form a mechanism of cooperation and exchanges in teaching, management, academics, and among the teachers and the students.
II. The two parties mutually send management and research personnel and teachers to the other party for visits, lectures, academic research and exchanges. The two parties mutually provide the needed workplaces and living conditions for the other party.
III. The two parties give full play to their own advantages and establish a sharing mechanism in teaching, scientific research and management.
IV.The two parties arrange their students to carry out exchanges and practical training. Both parties mutually provide the necessary learning and living conditions for the students of the other party and award the certificates to those who have completed the skill training.
V.Both sides find a mutually proper time to sign an agreement to establish a relation of sister schools in order to build a long friendly, mutually-supportive and mutually-beneficial international school so as to deepen the friendly relations between the two cities.
VI. The Foreign Affairs Offices of Party A (telephone number: +86 593-2954127) and Party B (telephone number...) are the liaisons of both parties in cooperation.
VII. This agreement is in duplicate. Party A and Party B respectively keep one. This agreement comes into force since the date when it is signed by both parties.
