June 7th, 2016 witnessed the preliminary contest – presentation of a teaching plan of the 3rd English Teaching Skill Competition. This competition aims to provide an opportunity for students to demonstrate themselves and enhance their teaching level and skill. Honorably, two teachers, Chen Shanshan and Huang Wei attended and severed as major judges together with other junior students from class of English Education. There were 15 contestants from English Education major participating in this competition. According to the competition rules, each contestant was required to do presentation about lesson planning within five minutes with the help of PPT or blackboard. The contest lasted around 2 hours, and contestants performed quite well, achieving good results in the end. Besides, seven of the top competitors were picked out to participate in the final match on June 12th. Finally, wish these seven outstanding competitors success.
