Aims
This course responding to acquire the basic knowledge of business and understand professional communication which include: understanding and presenting complex business communication messages; being able to work in a group and prepare for presentations; Skills applying to listening, speaking and business writing. Students in this course will also be aware of the barriers to communication and helps them to cope with such barriers in real life.
