On the morning of Dec. 2, 2016, Dean Gong, Ms. Lin and Ms. You visited No. 10 Middle School and held a meeting with the 19 senior students who had been there on their internship for over nearly seven weeks.
Dean Gong had the symposium with English teachers of 8th Grade. The interns shared their experiences respectively and expressed gratitude to their advisers for their patience as well as tolerance. Their advisers all thought highly of interns because of their hard work and conscientiousness.
Practice makes perfect. Thanks to this opportunity, interns made a great progress in their teaching skills. But to be an excellent teacher, they still have a long way to go. One of the important things they should do is to focus on the leading edge of teaching reformation. The world is developing, and the times are improving. Teachers also need to keep pace with the times.
In the end, Dean Gong mentioned that a win-win outcome has been achieved. Internship is a chance for interns to get in touch with the reality so that they can meet the challenges and march together towards their initial determination and the future.
